Building What Comes Next
Building on our shared wins since 2023, we are moving forward with a clear set of priorities to grow worker power and secure the future for working people.
Together, we will:
-
Protect jobs, grow good union work, and defend the power of workers to win fair wages, strong benefits, and safe working conditions
-
Defend and advance workers’ rights by confronting union-busting, fighting back against so-called “right to work” attacks, and investing in training, organizing, and coalition building to connect racial, gender, and economic justice
-
Grow solidarity by expanding union affiliation and supporting organizing drives to build on the momentum of the 50,000 new union members organized in 2025, strengthening unity across our movement statewide
-
Build and exercise independent political power to elect pro-worker leaders and advance a bold, worker-centered agenda, including developing a strong bench of union members running for office to ensure working people are represented at every level of government
-
Advance worker-centered standards for AI—protecting workers from harm, ensuring access to training, elevating worker voice, and guaranteeing working people share in the gains of new technology
